BOOKING POLICIES Please Read Before Booking We appreciate you! Please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS Appointments are required and can be booked online through our website. Availability may be limited, especially for popular time slots. DEPOSIT POLICY A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking through our website to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. Arriving 6–10 minutes late = $10 late fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late = appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled based on the day’s availability. No extra guests, children, or pets are allowed unless previously discussed and approved. PAYMENT POLICY The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. HEALTH & SKIN DISCLOSURE Please inform your esthetician of any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments before your appointment. This helps us provide a safe and appropriate service. AGE REQUIREMENT Clients 16 years and older may receive waxing services. Any client under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present and a consent form signed. LOCATION & PRIVACY The exact appointment address will be provided after booking.
